Free Ground Shipping for all U.S. orders

Shipping Policy

  • We ship our products to most major countries of the world.
  • Our products are shipped within 1 business day of the order placement, unless otherwise stated on the item page or if the item is on back order.
  • All items are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina, USA.
  • Please note that USPS, FedEx and UPS do not deliver on weekends.
  • To view shipping charges, add the desired item(s) to your cart, and in the "Shipping Estimate" box enter the country and postal/zip code where you'd like the item(s) to be shipped. You will then be presented with the various shipping options and corresponding shipping charges. You can select the shipping option that best suits your needs and budget.

Continental U.S.A.

  • Ground Service - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days
  • 3 Day Service - Delivery in 3 to 4 Business Days
  • 2 Day Service - Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days
  • Overnight Service - Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days

For Alaska & Hawaii

  • First Class Mail - Delivery in 5 to 7 Business Days
  • 2 Day Service - Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days

Shipping options for International Orders

Please note that Custom Duty and other Taxes may be payable by international customers in their country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs department before placing an order.

  • First Class Mail International (US Postal Service) - Delivery in 10 to 15 Business Days (Tracking and Insurance Not Available. Cashmere Boutique is not responsible for lost international packages sent by this method).
  • Priority International Service - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days (Tracking is Available; Custom Clearance charges may be charged by FedEx or UPS, in addition to duties and taxes charged by the customs department of the destination country).

Returns Information

RETURN POLICY

Customers may return an item for refund within 15 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no re-stocking fees.

Please also remember to insure your return package. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse, so please wait for that period, before requesting an update on your refund. We thank you for your patience.

To make an exchange, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the required item.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  • See image on the right your order number on the packing list
  • In the blue box below, enter the order number and zip code associated with that order number
  • Click on “Find Order”
  • On the next page, confirm Shipping Address details are correct
  • Change the email address if you would like to receive the Return Authorization to a different email
  • Select the items you want to return by checking the boxes on the left side
  • Change the quantity of the selected items to the desired return amount
  • Click on the “Generate Return” button
  • You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to make your return.

Extended Exchange Period for the Holidays:
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be exchanged up until January 15th of the following year. Please email us at info@cashmereboutique.com for your exchange request. The return period for refunds will remain at 15 days.

Also, due to the holiday rush, our warehouse is only able to process returns in the New Year starting on Jan 15th. All eligible exchanges and refunds for returns sent between Dec 1st and Jan 15th, will start processing after the 15th of Jan.
